Rob, JCP has very reasonably priced merchandised and when they have their sales, it's even more reasonably. Last year, DH picked up a couple of Docker shorts for $5. I got some black slacks for $12.44 although they were not lined, got to go to Macy's for that which I prefer but $12.44 from $36 and $42 was very reasonable. Then I also had a 15% coupon which on the back of your receipt, it tells you to go to their site, enter a code and take a survey after which they let you print out a 15% coupon so I got those slacks for ever cheaper.

The trick is to go to a different computer to print off multiple coupons.

My daughter had her JCPenney card for about 9mths and when we found out about the luv button last month, we clicked on it and she got a $800CLI so now she has a card limit at $1800. Her balance is very low, always below $200.

I luv to shop at JCPs especially during the xmas time. I'm not a fan of their clothes(not fashionable enough for me) but they have great bargains on kids clothes and homewear.

In fact, I just sent my daughter to the mall as we got a mailer yesterday for $10 of $50 and $15 of $75. We get these regularly and also our JCPs store do quite a bit of open early a la 8am and close late a la 11pm during the holiday times (also Kohls). This is rare for Macy's or Dillards to do that except the last week before xmas.

Hey Rob, hjm331 is correct, that is what happen to me when I received my first increase. I think they really shot those cli's out lovely for Xmas time.

I hope so because right now all I can afford there is small appliances or towels. ($150 cl) I will try it for a few months and if I don't get an increase, I will sock drawer it. I use the walmart card more. ($300 cl). Besides walmart is 10 miles away, Penneys is about 40 miles away.

At Jcpenny's? Get out of here, they are really reasonalbe. I go crazy over their towels. I have so many towels from JcPenny's until I still have a new bag full of the large towels in my entertainment center in my room. Everytime I go there, I grab at least 3 or 4 towels before I shop any where. The more you use your Jcpenny card the better rewards they have to offer. I did not know that our card color and status made a differnece until the mailed me another one, I was like "Who is sending me a card and I did not apply for it!" I mainly take advantage of the 60% and 75% discounts. The buy one get one for $0.88 does not interest me due to the price hike for the first one.
