He cl is $300, and I am not for sure about when he earn cashback! He has had the card for about 5 or 6 months now.

Not often at all. I don't even ask anymore. I used to get them on a timely basis, now they give one probably every year. Orchard has not given me a dime in so long until I just said forget it. With all the decreasing going on, I just keep my fingertips away from the luv button.

Let's see everyone post all of the following and this way we can compare rates, see who is actually doing the same thing, how often you get a CLI!

I've never had any problems with my household card to call customer service for problems but every year on my card anniversary(last year I received 1k) they'd give me good cli's but my orchard card was exactly in the same position as your card so i put it to rest permanently.

I will keep you posted.....trust me! I have to laugh at the way he is earning the 2% cashback, its from sundays drinks for the games...lolz!

I have had my card for almost 3 years and still nothing I think their customer service is just about the worst ever. If nothing has changed by summer 2010, I think I will close this account. The only CLI I got was in the first year and then they stopped doing automatic CLI reviews for some reason. Again, I have had 100% perfect payment history with them. They just SUCK if you ask me haha.

Meya, I also have the 2% cash back mastercard (Orchard Bank) that doesn't allow for CLI online. I called about a week ago to try to get upgraded to a different card but they said "Sorry, we don't do that". Let me know how things work out with your husband's card. Thanks!

Product changes has gone the way of CLI's. I tried to change some of my cards from one product to another and all but one said they stopped doing product changes for now. Check back later they said. I was able to get Bank of America to product change my unsecured (used to be secured) BofA Platinum Plus Visa to a College Affinity Card that was a BofA Platinum Plus Visa with World Points. I thank them for this! It has been great. I wanted to product change my Citicard Select Platinum MC to a Citicard Cash Returns MC Card, and they told me that with a new account give them three to six months experience and I did but by the time the right number of months showed for me they had stopped doing product changes. : Also, I tried to product change my Chase Flexible Rewards Visa to a Chase Freedom Visa Card and Chase said no (note I was WAMU/Providian before and I am not sure if we are out of the dog house yet - due to the fact Chase wanted the WAMU Branch Banks and not the subprime customers).

When I applied for this card through a pre approved offer, I remember there were at least four or five different variations of this card and now i only know of two. the 2% cash back was added later and was removed along with a few other types which leaves only the secured and regular with fees displayed on their website.give it time, he will be upgraded in no time.

thanks......Meya I have the Household platinum mastercard with no annual fee with the flag design. Wanderer when i first got the card,they used to send me convenience checks for balance transfer offers like every month with my statements but stopped i believe for economic reasons.

Eugene, which household account do you have? I am going to sign into my husbands account to see if he will be allowed one because the last time he tried it, he got the message to call them. I told him to leave it alone because HSBC is wishy-washy!

Nice Eugene66 CL. I noticed HSBC used to do that to me and then they would send me balance transfer checks. Of late they have not. Good to know that CL's are getting more frequent.
