This is partly finance, but more politics, so I'm asking it over here in the Lounge. Does anybody think that North American is likely to make a consolidated form of currency -- like the Europeans did with the euro?

The idiot in chief, I mean Bush, met with the leaders of Mexico and Canada a week or so ago to discuss this very thing. Frankly, eh, I think it's a good idea -- but I'm reminded time and time again that the Shrub is 7 years too late with it -- again.

That'll be on his tombstone. "He was 7 years too late for everything."
