Like many people, you spend a good amount of time in your master bathroom. From getting ready for your workday to winding down before you call it a day, this room of your home gets plenty of attention.
There may come a point when you realize your master bathroom is no longer up to par. Instead, it requires a few upgrades in order to make the space as comfortable and inviting as possible.
While there are many ways to upgrade your master bathroom, here are three of the best:
• Fresh coat of paint. As the years go by, the walls of your bathroom have the tendency to take a beating. Fortunately, this is a simple fix. All you need is some paint, a few hours of time, and the willingness to get your hands dirty. Soon enough, your drab bathroom will be brought back to life.
• New hardware. This can include a variety of things, such as: faucets for your sink and bathroom, knobs or pulls for your vanity, towel bar, robe hook, and toilet paper holder. Some of these changes are easier than others, but all of them will freshen up your space.
• New flooring. Just the same as your bathroom walls, don’t be surprised if your floors begin to look dated. For example, that vinyl flooring may not look nearly as good as it did when first installed. Rather than live with it, look into your many options. Ceramic tile is an idea, as it’s both affordable (depending on the type you buy) and easy to install (even if it’s new to you).
There are many other ways to upgrade your master bathroom, but these projects are often simple to complete for a reasonable amount of money.
When was the last time you updated your master bathroom in any way? Were you happy with the end result? Are you ready to take on another project?
