Be careful with Amex. They like you even more when you pay the bill in full every month. Even though you may have a credit card not a charge card.

For what? To make me tweek off credit apps again.... That would be cool, but my part will have to be about subprimed cards, because that is all that I have right now .

Replied by hjm331 on topic Adicus, they made me do

Adicus, they made me do a financial review last month. It was my first month of having the card and I was like "What in the world is going on?" They had me fax them a 4506-T tax form. I'm guessing it was for verification purposes instead of income.

Replied by Adicus on topic I have the Platinum Business

I have the Platinum Business card and they report to D&B in the middle of the new month. I guess that way they can make sure they report all accurate balances. Welcome to AMEX. HJM, any word on the whole faxing them your W2?

Replied by sophie on topic It sounds like you need

It sounds like you need to call them and give them a real piece of your mind. That’s what I do when companies are slacking and it always works, I get all kinds of benefits from doing that. Try it!!!

Replied by hjm331 on topic I e-mailed them 4 times

I e-mailed them 4 times and they're still providing me with my statement closing date, not when they report. I guess don't want to admit the real answer. I heard they're as bad as HSBC, they're one month behind. Oh well, I guess I will be heavily using my BofA card since I love it so much.

Replied by hjm331 on topic I have the AMEX Gold

I have the AMEX Gold Delta Skymiles card and my statement closed on Feb. 24. They still haven't given me a new statement closing date nor have they reported my info for February to the credit bureaus. How long does it usually take them to do this?

AMEX cardholders please help me out!
