There is something called the Legacy card and I think it's through First National. They're similar to First Premier, but the fly in the ointment is that I think you need to be invited in order to apply with them. It might be worth checking into, though.

Did they give you a reason for denial? If it was because of delinquencies, then just keep paying your current cards on time every month and wait a few months and apply again for a Capital One card.

Have you tried Capital One? Capital One is a great company to rebuild or establish credit with, but it will NOT grow with you.
