Cap 1 gives me $500 CLI's every 6 months when I call the backdoor number. You might want to follow the same routine.

Probably not. When my BofA card comes, I will have 9 cc's. I want to let my cr and scores settle before I apply for any more cards. Who knows, Wamu or Cap 1 might give me cli's. :fun:I won't be holding my breath though. To me, Cap 1 is tightwadded. Thanks for asking.

KMoney, yes they do. It is not co-branded so it's only a "store card". You can only buy products from their stores.

I didn't make it down there but I did call and got a very helpful csr. She looked up my app and told me they just got my check today and were processing it and should take about 4 days for it to clear then they were mailing me my card which will be another 7 to 10 days. She said the only thing that would hold up my card is if my check doesn't clear. She also told me BofA had so many applications they are running about 2 weeks behind. If you are wanting to apply I would advise opening up a BofA checking or savings account because they can take your deposit from that which would make it a little quicker. I also asked if you could have more than one secured card from them and she said no, in case anyone else was wondering. Hope this helps someone.

Rob, it's best if you go into your local BOA branch and ask that question. Most reps over the phone either won't know or will give you inaccurate info.
