joseph9's review: They pretended to initiate a dispute on my behalf with a shady alarm company. They allowed the alarm co to continue charging me after I instructed HSBC not to. They gave me a phony fax number to send my alarm contract to (I have this on tape). They ignored my written notification of a dispute. They refused to close my account until I told them I was recording our call ( I have this on tape). They attacked my credit score to get even. GM card Live and learn
