There are much better companies to deal with try Bank of America or Chase... Citi is just not a company I want to deal with

Citibank is a very good company. Yes, they do change their terms more then any other company that I have, but they are always willing to work with their good customers.

Yes that's what I'm talking about you call them you told them and then got result and you know what this card is hard to get so you did the right thing and listen Citibank is great I have three cards from them and all are higher than the Bank of America card credit card so this card is great... Good luck to you.

Citi is the best company to work with as far as account retention and all around service.
And after the 6 month period is up, you'll call again, and they will change your terms again to keep you. I don't like it when people bust on Citi.
There's a reason they have been the largest issuer for so many years.
You probably wouldn't have gotten a 5.9 rate with BOA and for sure not Chase.
Like I always say, Citi treats their good customers very well. Anyone with a Citi tradeline on their reports would be nuts to close down that tradeline!
