I applied for this card 2 months ago and was approved. Wondered where the card was - about that time, received a letter they needed copy of driver's license to verify birthdate - did it without thinking. Another time this was needed and everything was legit. So far - still no card. But after reading these reviews I will NOT - I repeat NOT activate this card and will take the necessary steps to insure that my personal information will not be abused.
Thank to all of the others for posting the warning. I am sending my own warning and will be much more careful next time to check out sites like this one before I apply.
