Applied 4 months ago on this site and was instantly approved with no pre-set spending limit. Received my card in a secure Fedex envelope and activated and started to use it right away.
About 2 weeks later, I received a call and AMEX told me that my credit limit would be $25,000 and if that was okay.
I get monthly deposits into my money market account they opened with the card and is growing every day.
