This card requires credit that, quite frankly, outweighs the potential benefits of having the card. It claims to be for "poor credit" yet you might as well have a 600 score and no public records in order to qualify. If your credit is really at that level, you may as well just go for a regular Capital One card or some other card from a more reputable company.
I actually had an Orchard Bank Platinum card once, never missed a payment. Closed it. Applied for this card - turned down. What logic is that?
Avoid this card.
