1. What's the title for?
2. I'm currently overseas (in Turkey) and my card is declined about 75% of the time I present it. I can have it declined in one store but 20 minutes later, in a different store, it is accepted.
3. Why am I charged an "International service assessment fee?"
4. Sometimes when calling by telephone, I am completely unable to get to either speak with a representative or to leave a message.
5. I have never received a paper monthly statement yet I was told I would be charged to have one sent to me. Why?
Clearly, communication is your weakest link. Be more accessible.
