sharon's review: My husband has had this card for 5 years, and they have always been hard to deal with when there's a problem. Right now, they are claiming they did not receive our last payment, even though I have the canceled check to prove it. They have shut down the account and continue to charge late fees, even though we have PROOF they were paid. Our bank has even called them on our behalf, and it gets us nowhere. And calling customer service is a JOKE. We were on hold for over an hour this morning before giving up. It's hard to fix the problem when you don't ever get to talk to someone about it.
I do not recommend this card. It sucks, to be mild about it.
