Why would you say that? This card is issued by FIA, the issuer and servicer for BOA.
I would think the same score requirements for this card would be relevant or close to any other standard scores required by them for whatever card you would want. There isn't a huge gap, (scorewise) between their brands.
It's not like they offer top tier cards, and then subprime cards.

My husband was approved for this card and his score is 690. He has high utilization, but we have a dreambasket account with Fidelity.

My dad applied for the fidelity signature Visa, FIA gave him the fidelity platinum Visa with the same apr. His score is 725.

FICO 734 on 2008-11-07
My FICO was a 734 during my Credit Rampage back in April/May 08 of this year and I got declined to. So again, I"m assuming they want really high FICOS and/or credit applicants that have very low utilization and debt to income ratios.
