shelby's review: It is impossible to get through to a human being in Customer Service, the website is ALWAYS down (funny, since the recording on the toll-free line promotes it), and I am frustrated trying to understand how I have a $450 credit line, a $409 balance, and $0 available. By far the worst aspect of all is just not being able to access needed information. Not pleased with this card at ALL!
