michael's review: Well in my case I got this card because I was working on re-establishing credit but every time I try to pay my bill the system is down and that makes it very difficult for me because I am wheelchair bound. Also, the customer service stink.

Oh goodness! I really feel sorry for you. Take a look at Julie's response, she found a number that you could call but there is only one bad side, "She was on hold forever." At least you could get a hold of someone... I hope.:(
