I got this card with 23.99 apr and only $1000 credit limit. I have Bank of America card with 9.9 apr, AMEX with 13.24 apr and Citi bank card with 14 apr. I would like to know if other people got this Insane rate too. I have very good credit and don't understand why they gave me this rate (low useless credit line too)
