I've had this card for 6 months at the time of writing this and it was my first credit card.
I use ebay frequently and like that the card it attached to my paypal account and the rewards come in the form of ebay vouchers. I've been using it regularly (charging a couple hundred a month and paid in full each month) and have already accumulated enough reward points to get either two "free shipping" vouchers(up to $7) on an ebay purchase or a $25 ebay voucher. The reward rate seems to be 1 point per dollar.
The customer service has been good for the most part--I've called them twice so far. One issue is the call center seems to be based in India and one time the CSR had a hard time understanding me. I am use to talking with people from different countries so it didn't bother me that much, but I cans see it would be frustrating for others especially when talking about finances.
The APR is a little high, but that might be due to my lack of revolving credit experience.

I Have The Paypal Debit Card

I never applied for the credit card, but have the paypal debit MasterCard which is issued by JP Morgan Chase, good luck and sounds like its paying off for you.
