Recently received a pre-approved mail offer for a JC Penney Card. Applied and obtained approval with FICO Scores of TU 707 EX 707 EQ 697. Great store and I was pleased to be approved. Their interest rate was 21.9% (high) and typical for department store cards.

JC Penney on 2008-09-21
Received a pre-approved offer in the mail. Applied on-line with the pre-approval code from the mailed offer and instant ok.

Penney's Is Good....... on 2009-01-09
Good coupons, prices, and can be used at Sephora's and CVS drug stores.
They have a lot of variety in merchandise also!
