relidtm's review: I applied to this card and got it, but it required a deposit which I paid from my bank account. It also required a 29.00 a year fee, its a good card I got my picture on it, as well as the bank reports to the major 3 credit agencies every month. By having this and 2 other cards Ive jumped up 29 points in 2 months.

Good Move on 2008-09-21
You made the right choice by applying for this card. You get the best of both worlds by getting approved for a card that will report to the credit bureaus monthly without having to pay ridiculous fees. Take care of this card and BOA will take care of you.
Good Luck

Great Card on 2008-09-22
This is a great card to start out with. It will take some time to get established but hang in there

Reporting Details on 2008-10-02
Do any of you know if the fact it is a secured card is reported? Also, does anyone know anything- good or bad about the Citibank secured card. I am thinking of applying for one of each.
Thanks- I am new to the forum.

Major Banks Report To Bureaus on 2008-10-19
In answer to do "secured" cards report to the three credit bureaus? YES! Citi, JP Morgan Chase, Bank of America, Wells Fargo, HSBC, Capital One, to name some of the major players, ALL report to the three credit bureaus. Now things happen where they might be technical problems and one doesn't report. Then you need to contact the card company and get it to report. The credit guru.
