This card is a joke, I have an orchard card, a tribute card and both are very easy and honest to deal with, it is easy yo use their web sites, and the information is very up to date, this continental card is a nightmare you can't even talk to a real person, at all for any reason and that's not right, I could not even activate it because it says my home number did not come up right, consumers need to band together and expose people like this, this is robbery at best. They give you a run around on the automated system, telling you to call another number for customer service, and when you call it, it to is automated, then it disconnects you do not get this card people, trust me, I filed bankruptcy and you can rebuild your credit without the help of thieves like this!!!
