mrs628's review: I paid this card off and closed the account today. The fees are ridiculous, the customer service is horrible, sometimes you can not get a live CSR on the phone at all. I finally found a number, called them up paid it in full and closed them out. They were nice enough to waive the Western Union fee so in 30-60 days, I'll be getting a whooping refund of $8.95, I'm set for life. But to be fair, I did have two late payments on my acct during the year I had this card, which is probably why I never received a CLI. Doesn't matter, I have an Imagine Gold MasterCard which is MUCH better, which baffles me because these cards come from the same bank... Wierd huh?

It's funny... I've never had any problem with the CS for this card. I do agree that it's strange that results vary from different cards issued by the same bank. For example, I have a Tribute card issued from this bank that I got at the same time. It has lower fees, and my credit limit is just about double what my Continental Finance limit is - and they don't charge you for CLIs!
I've said it before, and I'll say it again. There's a small sect of people that are perfect for this card, but it should be your all-out last ditch choice.
I've had it for a year and plan on canceling it when I get some better cards (hopefully) in October.
I will say that they reported accurately and positively every month, and helped my FICO go from the mid-500s to the mid-600s in about a year.

Getting rid of this card was a good thing. The fees are out of this world. Good luck
