This is a great card for anyone looking to start building credit or for those who want to rebuild their credit. The APR is very reasonable and it's a "Capitol One" card, which means it is highly respected and accepted just about anywhere. I received my card in a very timely fashion and they also started me off with a $1000 credit limit. The staff of Capitol One are very friendly and helpful. Their website is very useful as well. This card has been a blessing and it could change your life, so give it a try and apply today.
