I rarely use my Target Red Card, and I pay off the balance at the end of each month due to the very high interest rate. However, I have to say that I have been happy with the performance of the card, and I have not had any problems with the online internet site for card management. I do find the Target 'reward' system to be a bit confusing, and I have yet to take advantage of any benefits from it.
