"Website Does Not Work."

rob's review: Just a quick question, I have received my card, activated it, made the first payment, and I have been trying to register on the website to make payments, and no matter what I do, it always says that the site is down for maintenance. I have called, and they reset my password, I try to log in, and it always says the same thing. I really do not want to make payments over the phone. Is there some kind of trick that I don't know about to get onto the website?

Rob,
I was reading your message and I did have the same thing happen to me when I tried to register online.
I just waited until the next day and tried it again and everything worked fine.
Just wait a while and try again, it should work.

Please, everyone keeps talking about making their payments online, and evry single time I try to log in it says,
Access your Account
The site is down for maintenance to ensure the quality of our services & applications. We apologize for the inconvenience and look forward to serving you momentarily. Please try again later.
This happens no matter what time day or night, every day for the past 2 weeks at least.

Ok, I am not an idiot, but really, does anyone know the trick to actually using the website?? For the past month, no matter what time I try to log in, in always says that the site is down for maintience please try again later.

All I keep reading about is that the website is pretty good, you can make payments, view your account, ect... And yet for the past month no matter what time day or night I try to get on it always says that the site is down for maintience

That is the site to tribute MasterCard to view your account information online. I don't have this card but my brother does and he hasnt expierenced any problems accessing this site. Just my two cents...

Website Help For All on 2007-07-16
To anyone having trouble logging in to the website...
I called, spoke to some idiot who was no help whatsoever, so I tried this,
your username must be in caps.
The first time I tried that, I was able to log in with no problem.
Hope that helps...

Found Working Cust. Svc #!! on 2007-07-17
Obviously everyone is having huge problems with this company. I've been trying to log on to my account and all it says is:
The site is down for maintenance to ensure the quality of our services & applications. We apologize for the inconvenience and look forward to serving you momentarily. Please try again later.
Then, like most people do, I look on the back of my card for customer service number and it says:
1-877-888-0084, which does not work!
So I've been searching the web for 2 hours trying to find a number to call, and I finally found one!!!
1-888-618-9920.
This number works, but I'm sad to report that I'm still on hold and my estimated wait time is 13 minutes! Uuugh!!( I should make them pay my phone bill!!)
So, everyone follow my lead and transfer your balance... Discover has a great deal going on right now. Or go to this site that lets you compare other cards:

You will always get the system is down when you put the wrong password. This happen to me a couple of times. As for the card it is a get start when you have bad credit. Their is fees that you have to pay when you first get the card and it will take a while for you to get your card. When you establich good credit like I did then you can get American Express cards and discover cards.
