I am trying to get my credit back on track. It is hard to find a company who is willing to take a chance on you when you have bad credit.
I applied online not expecting to be approved for anything and I was. I got my card and pin number in about a week. As soon as I got my card, I sent in the initial payment, and it took a little over a week to process the payment since I sent it in by mail. I sent in a personal check, and you have to realize that they hold out of town checks for 4 business days to clear.
I don't think that the $150.00 fee is all that unreasonable considering how bad my credit is.
If you are serious about rebuilding your credit then this card is somewhere to start.
I plan to use the card for a year and make payments on time, and by the time the year is up I will be able to get a different card with lower interest.
I also think it's good that they report to the 3 major credit bureaus every two months or whatever. If you make your payments on time then you will receive a credit increase every 3 or 4 months.
I haven't had any problems with this card, and I would recommend it to anyone who is serious about rebuilding their credit.
