paula06's review: Callout Comment Watch out if you have a Capital One credit card! The "No Hassle Card" has recently changed its billing cycle from the normal 30 day grace period on purchases, for example May 22 thru June 23, to a longer billing cycle, example May 22 thru Jun 28. For someone who pays off their balance every month, this is not such a big deal, after all you know how much you've charged. But how does the fixed-income consumer fare on this deal? A retiree waiting until the 23 or 24 to buy their medications, or a single mother waiting until after the 30 day period to get her car repairs done? Wouldn't this also add more interest to an already large balance for someone struggling to get out of debt? This seems a really shoddy way to treat the consumer.
