I don't know, I have mixed feelings about them. I've had aspire over a year and a half now, and I recently got married. I told them to change my name on the card and they sent me 3 cards with the same last name that was there already. 3 months later I'm still calling them about name change requests, and they told me they needed a copy of my marriage certificate AGAIN. I sent it to them the first three times!! Meanwhile every time they sent the wrong card I'd call and I was given the run around speaking to reps about they're incompetence. Once I was on hold for 50 minutes trying to get a supervisor! If they cant get that right, I'd hate to need them for an emergency!!
