Got my foot in the door. :) Just received the Hooters card in the mail today. My FICO scores are around 600.
APR 25.95
AF $48.00
Limit $500.
Not great, but it's better than a flat out denial. Thanks to all for your posts about this card. After reading everyones glowing recommendations I took the plunge and applied.
I'm hoping for future CLI's with this card.
I'm also going to see if I can decline the monthly magazine. I hope so because my girlfriend gave me grief and made me feel guilty when I told her about it.
I also just got a Capital One MC a few days ago and I'm waiting to see if I also get the JCPenney card I applied for. I'm guessing a 7-10 review message from a store card is their nice way of saying no. It would be nice if I went 3 for 3 on my mini application spree. We'll see. :)
