First of all I think that many of the negative responders need to remember that this card is offered as a second change. So why are you applying for the card if in fact you do not want the high rates or fees that will be assessed once you accept the offer? Also, I have had my card for almost one year now and have received increases as they said I would with on time payments. For anyone who is considering getting the card to establish credit I would say go for it. But, for those who attempt to bad mouth the card I say you may want to think about legitimate credit counseling. With misuse of credit comes consequences and this is one of them (having to apply for and utilize sub-standard credit card offers). But all in all I have not had any problems with the card, payments, website, or rates. The website works fine. Remember if you mail in payments that it may take time to get there. But when they say 10 days to post, I think that they may mean from the time they receive the payment (duhh!!). If it is a problem to mail your payment then make the payment on line. There is no charge and it posts the next day if you enter the payment information by noon. However, I do think they could work on customer service. But what else is new with any business these days, they all go to other countries to get cheap labor. It is not the first time we have experienced this and won't be the last.
