This seems a fraud to me, they automatically take my payment every month, yet somehow they slap late fees on me. When I call I am given the name of Steven Amoh that I am supposed to call who is supposedly a manager. Now, google that name and see if your not real scared with what you find. I intend to take this to my Local district atty's fraud unit before today is over.
