glen's review: The only problem I have had with Tribute is finding the customer service number. A quick search on Google revealed that it is on the back of the card itself.
Calling customer service was not a problem I was on hold for a few minutes and got my payment taken care of quickly.
I don't agree with the $12 fee to use the automated system though that's to high for any payment system.
