I applied for the One card from AMEX on May 14th with a FICO of 660-670. Now I do have a lot of accounts. Alot of them with no balances or very low balances (300.00 or less). I was declined. I wanted a AMEX pretty bad because the rewards are unbeatable. Well I applied for the Jetblue AMEX on Friday and was approved. The card is on its way. My advise is that if you are going to apply for One AMEX, have a very good score. 651 -670 probably wont cut it. Of course it depends on your income and accounts. If you get declined from One... Try the JetBlue AMEX.
