My husband and I applied for this card and they said we would get it in 5 days. HA!!! It' been over a month and I haven't heard a thing from them. There are no numbers to call to get an answer and when you do get through they don't speak English. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and I also noticed their "Tribute Yes" website is shut down. Beware.
