I've been with providian for 7 yrs and never had my apr raised or been charged a late fee. I have a high credit limit and a low apr and am constantly getting balance transfer offers for 1.99%. I pay online and it is always credited the next day and it is nice to that you can see your FICO score from transunion updated once a month. I know that there customer service is outsourced and sometimes it is hard to understand them but they always been nice.
