I just applied today and received a Congratulations your application has been approved. Something along the lines of there may be more info need to be verified. Card will be sent out in one to two weeks.
I was just wondering if this is the same as that 7-10 Day review that everyone is getting?
also what number can I call to check the status?

Congrats on your approval great card and yes I got the same it says 7 to 10 days you should get it around that time or earlier and no you cannot check the status at least this happen to me already.
My advise is wait. Take care,

It took a few days for my wife to receive her card. Its a nice card to have, no problems to report so far

Thank I started searching the card and reading a lot of the post and most that received this instant approval they had their card in a few days so ill wait just wonder what the CL is?

No, that's not the 7-10 day message. The 7-10 day message is when Hooters needs to manually review the applicant's credit report. You received an instant approval should be proud.

If they do need anymore info, it will just be to fax them copy of dl or utility bill. You are in the clear so don't worry about it. Welcome to the Hooters family.

Call Them After A Few Days on 2008-07-22
You might get lucky if you call a few days later. I did and they verified my info via phone, if they are willing to to do this. They verified me over the phone just some basic questions. The worse case scenario you will need to fax them some information. Hope this helps. No worries your in I got the basic 7-10 message and got my card 8 days later.

Read the reviews from people who have the card so that you can get an
idea more or less on your question. I applied and they said to wait 7 to 10 days I got the card in 7 days and no Annual fee and My credit line $1750.00

I call the customer service number today and got a really nice lady on the phone who looked my application up she said it was approved and they didn't need any additional info. Ill be recieving the welcome kit in a few day so look for it. As to the CL she didn't have that info but said it should be in the welcome kit so ill wait for that.
