I am a new customer. Just recently approved. I tried to call and was disconnected several times. Then was given the 1-888-618-9920 number and can't get through to anyone with my ss number. (don't have card number yet). Is there a number to talk to a human. Really concerned with the fact that they have my personal info. Are they legit? If they don't respond soon, I will call the BBB and SS to report.
