I applied for the tribute card on line and got an answer right away for an approval. I receive a higher amount than I thought I would. The amount of 450.00 was ok by me less the fees. I received my card in a timely manner. Paid my start up fee and off I went. The only problem I had with tribute was in took over 2 months to report to the credit bureau, s. I also use the web site and it seems to be working well.
