I have this card, and although I am currently having a problem getting a CLI-even with backdoor number-...(for some reason or another an old charge was put back on my card from several months ago-and even though they removed it again-it still says I have not maintained my account for 6 months)... But I am still happy with the card... I have received a CLI with this card before..(not recently)... And I like the backdoor CS... Otherwise you do not understand them at all... They credit your account right away and have good online service. If however, anyone knows how to get things fixed for my problem... PLEASE let me know... I would really appreciate it..

It is a great thread for when we have questions about a specific cc. I do believe that it is because of the credit crunch. I got your message when you said that they want more activity (or maintenance) towards the account, but if you said you did, then I don't know what else to say if you have not done anything wrong with any other creditors. Sometimes if your balance is pretty high with others, they will deny you an increase.
