We sent in a money order for payment of $200.00 on the 21st of April... Here it is the 9th of May and they never credited our account... They said it takes up to 10 days to credit it... However now we have late fees and its way past 10 days... I have proof of the money order and all the tracking info... And am now going to have to cancel the money order... We now have late fees etc on this card... The customer service department is nothing more then a call center in another country... THIS IS A BAD COMPANY AND WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TRUSTING THEM...
