denise's review: The Customer Service department that handles this card is sub-standard, rude, and barely possess knowledge of the English language (making communication quite difficult). I unfortunately had this card for 2 years and it was excruciatingly painful each time I had to deal with customer service.
I highly DO NOT recommend this card. It will only complicate your life and bring you suffering and pain.
(And that is putting it mildly).
