After I was approve for this card online, they sent me an email confirmation that I was approve with the 19.75 apr not the 9.9 apr I sent them an email to immediately stop the processing of the application I no longer want the card and on the next day I called and talk to a live person to put this information on my file to no process this card because I do not want it he did but lo and behold 4 days later I received the card. I wrote return to sender on envelope and send it back and the next day I sent an letter to let the company know that I send the card back and to cancel the account number immediately I do not want the card. I haven't heard anything from this as of yet. I did not call and gave any rep my account number because I would not want them to say the customer call to inquire about her account.
