Made first payment of $20, never received my card. Check cashed over 6 weeks ago, still nothing. Called them and they did not have my correct information. They SENT ME the application, and I sent it back from that address, yet for some reason they do not have that address for my name/ SSN, and would not tell me what address they DID have even though I gave them my name and SSN and could verify who I was. Do NOT sign up for this, or pay them ANYTHING until you receive a card. For a list of other credit cards good for people with bad credit, go here.

Again, still research whatever card you are going to apply, but at least there are other cards out there. Hope this helps. ^_^
