I have had some serious problems with this credit card company. First of all they have received my check payments, and they have credited them to my account at their own pace. Twice they lost my check payments, and almost three months later one of them appeared credited into someone else's tribune MasterCard account rather than mine!! I had to faxed to them a few copies of that check from my bank to prove it. Currently there are out there two of my checks that they have not acknowledged yet, but they were sent to them over two months ago. I have requested to close my account, and contacted my bank to stop payment on those checks at my own expense! I rather owed them money than being owed money. I highly recommend to write, and file a complain to the BBB in Atlanta, and to the District Attorney in Atlanta if you cannot resolve your issues with them. I had to do that, and that was the only way they heed my warnings, and corrected my situation.
