sethatco's review: So I figured the account has been open for a year and no CLI. HSBC across the board offers me the lowiest limits, when oher banks offer 10 grand or more I'm still at a 1000 with these clowns. I called the CS on the back of my card and of course spoke to some twit in Delhi. Does anyone have a true back door number to get a human in the US who actually knows what they are doing?

I don't even use this card. They gave me a $300.00 limit and I was just happy to be approved. I paid the $79.00 annual fee and put it in my sock drawer. I don't think I will ever use it. Although the interest rate is much lower than my Capital One Standard Platinum and Hooterscard, so I may pull it out if need be.

I Agree on 2008-05-29
HSBC is really low when it comes to CLI's. I find it really pathetic because if I knew it was going to be like this, I would've never applied for the card in the first place.

I don't no...
These are numbers I copied those numbers from the back door listings on myFICO's post.compare those numbers with whats on the back of your card. If its not than its a back door number.
HSBC(M. C.)888-385-8916
Best Buy: 888-237-8289 (customer care)
Best Buy: 800-365-0292(CSR)
HSBC: 800-694-9222 (cust. Service)
HSBC: 831-755-6699 (executive customer service)
Try calling orchards backdoor. Orchard: 800-395-6090
Know its sounds crazy but I think they have access too. I called for info on my direct rewards platinum which is a HSBC product but I didn't know I was talking to orchard. Others have called to combine products as well...
Let me know :)
