Applied about 10 business days ago, so an=m waiting for my card. Hubby applied too. Should get his in a couple weeks. I read the terms and conditions and it didn't say anything about being recharged the $150.00 after paying off card. As a matter of fat it said that there were no additional fees or penalties for paying off the $150.00 early. Which is what we plan to do. Hopefully, I'll be one of the ones with the good experience. BTW_ does anyone have the customer service # in case our cards don't arrive in a timely manner? Saw some reviews about the card being stolen before it got to the holder.
