I have never had a card from this company but I can tell you I have had an experience. They somehow got my e-mail address and started sending me threatening letters to collect a debt. I called because I was worried that someone had opened an account in my name. The CS Rep told me they had no record of me having an account and don't know why I am getting the e-mails. He told me to just delete them and not worry. Since that phone call I have had at least 2 per week from them and they can't even tell me why they are sending them! If this is the way they conduct business... CONSUMERS BEWARE!!!
