tmhendi's review: I just received my card, and have had NO problems. Sub-prime credit does suck, yes, I know... However, for those of us that are trying to establish or re-establish credit, these are the offers available, and with them come fees. I have had a good experience... It took a bit to finally get my card in the mail, however, I paid the $20, and I have the $70 available, and the CLI system they have is awesome! This is perfect for me, at this particular stage in my "credit" and financial life. Soon, of course, if I keep paying and maintaining my card, my situation will change, it can change, and I will be in a better position to avoid high sub-prime like fees. I don't expect anything different from cards like these, I read the paperwork, and I know what I am getting into, and everyone else should.

Yes this card will help you established a good credit but there are cards with no fees

I'm Glad That U Like The Card. on 2008-05-23
I had Salute for almost one year now. My anniversary date is 6/08. Started with a CL of $300 now $450. Of course the annual fee is $150. Hopefully they will lower this on my June statement.

Card too and one thing I do like, their customer service via email is WAY better then over the phone. It seems the emails go to the US, some call center here and the calls go somewhere else (outsourcing). I finally got my card the other day and they apologized for all the wrong information I was originally given. So good so far!
