I received the tribute gold card March 15th, mailed a money order off the 16th and received my first payment bill dated for apr. 9th and the card is still not activated. So I call customer service and was told the card is activated after 7 to 10 business days, but was also told that if you pay by checking or saving account the hold would be lifted right away. Where is if you pay by money order it is 7 to 10 plus 3 more working day to lift the hold, the card agreement says not - hing about a total of 13 days, which means I won't be able to use this card until apr. 3, because the 30th of March will be the 10th day, plus 3 more working days bring me to the 3rd, and a bill is due on apr. 9th, I will update you on whether I the card is canceled before it is use. Oooooowww I forgot it's already has been used with annual fees etc. signed don't know!!!
